Starting 19th May 2025, we’ve introduced refined rental price brackets across:
Here’s what’s new:
- More flexible tiering: We now offer more specific rent brackets (e.g., 20K–50K, 50K–100K), helping you choose a pricing tier that fits your exact listing.
- More affordable options: Lower listing fees for mid-range rentals (50K–100K) across all categories.
- No changes for premium listings (above LKR 8Mn or 15Mn) — fees remain the same.
This move is designed to ensure fairer pricing, more visibility, and better access for all users listing rental properties on ikman.
