In Sri Lanka’s vehicle market, many cars are advertised while still abroad, especially popular imports from Japan, the UK, and other countries. Until now, it wasn’t always clear to buyers whether a car was already available locally or would only arrive later. This often caused confusion and slowed down decisions.
What’s New?
Sellers can now mark their vehicles as Import if the car is not currently in Sri Lanka and will be brought down from overseas.
This condition is visible across:
- Ad Posting Flow – on Web, Android & iOS
- Search Filters – buyers can filter specifically for Import vehicles
- Ad Detail Pages – Import is displayed under Condition
