\nI am Ji\ufb00riya Muziney. I started my career as a Customer Service Executive and gained experience in di\ufb00erent sorts of industries such as telecommunication, Travel and Tourism, Fast Food chains (Multinational), Health Care etc. I was attached to di\ufb00erent positions in these organizations such as Training & Development, Customer Care, Sales & Marketing, Ticketing & Reservations and HR & Admin. With all this experience I actually thought of working in a recruitment environment which will suit me better because I have covered most of the important areas of an organization and have a thorough knowledge in the main requirements for di\ufb00erent positions.<\/p>\n

How long has jobs4U been in the industry?<\/strong>
\nWe have been in this industry for the past 5 years.<\/p>\n

Since when do you corporate with ikman.lk?<\/strong>
\nFor the past one year.<\/p>\n

What do you see as challenges in the industry?<\/strong>
\nThe most critical challenge that the recruitment industry faces is to \ufb01nd the right candidate within the targeted time frame. Which is why most companies try to get Recruitment Agents assistance. We at Jobs4u take these challenges as a positive task and work as a team towards \ufb01lling in the vacancies. Which is why I think we have been successful in our journey so far.<\/p>\n

How did ikman.lk help you with those challenges?<\/strong>
\nI see ikman.lk as a very good source for us to collect a variety of candidates for di\ufb00erent sorts of vacancies. Because, for an example when we require a mix caliber of candidates with di\ufb00erent skills and experiences, we get the right ones approaching us through ikman.lk. And the service they provide us is something that many other companies in this industry lack BIG time.<\/p>\n

What is your opinion about using online mediums for business?<\/strong>
\nI see it as the future. Traditional media seems to be used much less for browsing of vacancies as smart phone usage is increasing thus making the applicant more aware of vacancies as and when they are posted.<\/p>\n

How do you like the way the ads are uploaded?<\/strong>
\nGood, easy & less time consuming.<\/p>\n

What convinced you to advertise with us?<\/strong>
\nThe Service. You guys give us a great service which we really appreciate. <\/p>\n

Are you happy with our service?<\/strong>
\nYes\u2026. More than happy!<\/p>\n

How is the response?<\/strong>
\nGood. Di\ufb00erent vacancies get di\ufb00erent sorts of response levels. But we are happy with what we get from ikman.lk.<\/p>\n
