Based on valuable feedback from both users <strong>and<\/strong> our internal team, we are changing the terminology from &#8220;Promote this ad&#8221; to &#8220;Boost this ad.&#8221;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3>Why the Change?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>We realized that the term &#8220;Promote this ad&#8221; caused some confusion among users. <strong>As a result<\/strong>, many were unsure about the action it required <strong>or<\/strong> the benefits it offered, which led to this feature being underused. <strong>Thus<\/strong>, our goal is simple: we want the feature to be more intuitive <strong>and<\/strong> engaging, increasing both its usage <strong>and<\/strong> effectiveness.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3>What You Can Expect<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>By choosing to &#8220;Boost Your Ad,&#8221; you will enjoy several key benefits:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li><strong>First<\/strong>, <strong>Enhanced Visibility:<\/strong> Boosted ads receive priority placement, making them easier to spot by potential buyers.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Second<\/strong>, <strong>Increased Engagement:<\/strong> With better positioning, your ad is more likely to grab attention, resulting in higher click rates.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Finally<\/strong>, <strong>Revenue Growth:<\/strong> As more users take advantage of boosting, the increased clicks will contribute to revenue growth, allowing us to continue offering more valuable services.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3>Where the Changes Will Happen<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>The switch from &#8220;Promote&#8221; to &#8220;Boost&#8221; will be visible across all parts of our platform. <strong>Specifically<\/strong>, here\u2019s how we\u2019re rolling out these changes:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Web and App Updates:<\/strong>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>First<\/strong>, <strong>CTA Copy:<\/strong> All client interfaces will now show &#8220;Boost this ad&#8221; instead of &#8220;Promote this ad.&#8221;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Second<\/strong>, <strong>Feature Renaming:<\/strong> The &#8220;Ad Promotions&#8221; section will be renamed to &#8220;Boost Ad,&#8221; including the URL and all related headings.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Third<\/strong>, <strong>Plan Selection Screen:<\/strong> The language will be updated to reflect the new term.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Additionally<\/strong>, <strong>Sell-Fast Page:<\/strong> We\u2019ll update the copy here for consistency.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Finally<\/strong>, <strong>FAQs:<\/strong> All relevant FAQs will reflect the new terminology.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Communications Updates:<\/strong>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Furthermore<\/strong>, <strong>SMS Notifications:<\/strong> Our ad promotion reminder SMS will now mention &#8220;Boost.&#8221;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>In addition<\/strong>, <strong>Emails:<\/strong> All related email communications will use the new term. Emails like &#8220;Ad Published,&#8221; &#8220;Ad Reminder,&#8221; &#8220;Promo Expiration,&#8221; <strong>and<\/strong> many others will feature the updated terminology.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3>What Does This Mean for You?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>If you own an ad, you\u2019ll now see the &#8220;Boost this ad&#8221; button when you log into your account. This ensures that only ad owners have access, offering a smooth <strong>and<\/strong> secure experience.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Ultimately<\/strong>, we believe this update will make the ad-boosting process more transparent <strong>and<\/strong> user-friendly, encouraging you to take full advantage of it.
