We’ve updated our Property for Rent listing tiers to better match the evolving rental market and offer more value for your money.

Starting 19th May 2025, we’ve introduced refined rental price brackets across:

•  House Rentals
•  Commercial Property Rentals
•  Apartment Rentals

Here’s what’s new:

• More flexible tiering: We now offer more specific rent brackets (e.g., 20K–50K, 50K–100K), helping you choose a pricing tier that fits your exact listing.
• More affordable options: Lower listing fees for mid-range rentals (50K–100K) across all categories.
• No changes for premium listings (above LKR 8Mn or 15Mn) — fees remain the same.

This move is designed to ensure fairer pricing, more visibility, and better access for all users listing rental properties on ikman.
