Each year, the report is put forth with the purpose of providing marketing and business professionals with the latest data and important insights on the rapidly evolving digital sector. Research methodology employed in Digital Outlook Sri Lanka 2023

An empirical survey was carried out as a quantitative study whilst the findings were supported by industry and academic expertise unveiled through strategic discussions. The population for the study was selected based on the Internet penetration and the social media penetration of Sri Lanka.

The sample was selected using the stratified sampling techniques, which is accounted for 2863 covering all the provinces in Sri Lanka. The main data collection tool was a questionnaire with scales, rankings, and open-ended options to obtain brand-specific and industry-related insights. The study was based on primary and secondary data, and descriptive statistical tools were used to analyze the collected sample data. The report presents some key strategic insights based on the findings of the study.
