  • Billing proof (utility bills)
  • Sole agent’s invoice for brand new vehicles
  • Invoice & Valuation from a panel valuer for unregistered vehicles
  • Copy of CR book & valuation from a panel valuer for registered vehicles
  • Duly completed application
